We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements and workflows
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize project requirements
• Evaluate data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
• Support the development team with functional specifications
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Assist in the planning and execution of UAT and process optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
