Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and system processes

• Identify data patterns, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities

• Support QA and UAT processes to ensure solution accuracy
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role
• Excellent grasp of business process modeling and requirement documentation
• Proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI
• Strong interpersonal and analytical thinking skills
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
