We’re seeking skilled Salesforce Developers to create and optimize CRM ecosystems for our UK-based clients. You’ll be at the heart of our innovation, building solutions that improve user experience and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce apps, objects, workflows, and reports
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Build reusable code libraries and maintain clean architecture
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce standards and governance
• Contribute to agile sprints, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with version control tools and agile methodologies
• Salesforce certifications (Developer/Admin) are a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
