We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of robust CRM solutions for complex business landscapes. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders and global teams to drive innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect multi-cloud Salesforce solutions with a focus on scalability and performance
2. Lead technical design sessions and solution workshops
3. Ensure architectural best practices across deployments and integrations
4. Mentor development teams and conduct code/architecture reviews
5. Define data governance and security architecture across the platform
6. Align solution roadmaps with long-term digital strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 14+ years in software development with 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem
2. Hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration tools
3. Strong background in enterprise architecture and data modeling
4. Salesforce Architect certifications are strongly preferred
5. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
6. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
