We seek an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint across the APAC region. You’ll play a strategic role in identifying opportunities, driving growth, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across technology service lines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver client-centric solutions
  • Track market trends and competitor strategies to refine go-to-market plans
  • Meet revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth planning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or IT sales
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of software services (Web, Mobile, AI, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
