We seek an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint across the APAC region. You’ll play a strategic role in identifying opportunities, driving growth, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across technology service lines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver client-centric solutions
- Track market trends and competitor strategies to refine go-to-market plans
- Meet revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth planning
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or IT sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of software services (Web, Mobile, AI, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
