Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business pipelines through networking, outreach, and inbound leads
  • Understand client needs and position TechXTenders’ services as tailored solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
  • Provide market insights to guide service positioning and pricing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in business development or IT consulting sales
  • Familiarity with local business culture and technology markets in the UAE/Gulf
  • Ability to develop relationships across senior client levels
  • Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
