Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business pipelines through networking, outreach, and inbound leads
- Understand client needs and position TechXTenders’ services as tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
- Provide market insights to guide service positioning and pricing strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in business development or IT consulting sales
- Familiarity with local business culture and technology markets in the UAE/Gulf
- Ability to develop relationships across senior client levels
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
