We’re seeking Production Support Engineers to manage mission-critical systems for our clients. You’ll troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless performance of applications across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Monitor application health and respond to alerts or incidents

·        Troubleshoot production issues and escalate to development teams as needed

·        Create runbooks, SOPs, and documentation for ongoing support

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and performance improvements

·        Maintain SLAs and drive root cause analysis for recurring issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        4+ years of experience in production/application support

·        Familiarity with Linux environments, SQL, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana)

·        Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes

·        Strong communication and analytical skills

·        Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
