We’re a visionary Salesforce Architect to drive strategic CRM architecture, design scalable solutions, and align technology with business goals across global projects. This leadership role is suited for someone who can translate complexity into clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce solutions, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
2. Translate business objectives into scalable, secure technical designs
3. Oversee data modeling, system integration, and platform governance
4. Guide development teams through best practices and technical leadership
5. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure architectural alignment
6. Conduct design reviews and technical audits and ensure compliance with standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 14+ years in IT with extensive experience in Salesforce architecture
2. Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs
3. Proven expertise in large-scale integrations using MuleSoft or similar tools
4. Experience with security models, CI/CD, and DevOps for Salesforce
5. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA preferred)
6. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
